Hailing from the rough streets of Detroit "Vrock" City, Scott Fernandez is known on the Paizo messageboards and throughout the Great Beyond as the "kingofvrock." In RPG Superstar 2011 he advanced as far as the Top 16, primarily on the strength of his Round 1 wondrous item, nightmare boots, which were included in Ultimate Equipment. Returning in RPG Superstar 2013, Scott made the finals after which he wrote the Pathfinder Society Scenario A Bitter Bargain, the first chapter of the three-part Destiny of the Sands series. In 2015, he penned the Prismatic Lantern, an extraplanar crypt anchored in the nation of Nex in Tombs of Golarion.
