Ross Byers is a contributing Pathfinder author and a former Paizo staff member. He made the Top 32 in RPG Superstar 2008. Later, he applied for a long-standing opening as a software developer and moved to Seattle in the summer of 2009. He named the girdle of opposite gender during a fortuitously timed walk past Rob McCreary's desk. He remained there for four years (at Paizo, not McCreary's desk), moving to sunnier weather in Los Angeles in 2013.
