Losarkur is an infernal duke in the service of the archdevil Barbatos. He lives on the first layer of Hell, where he breeds packs of vicious hell hounds and cerberi in vast kennel-caverns. A legion of edavagors serves him. For his loyalty, Losarkur is deemed one of Barbatos's most trusted servants.[1][2]
