Jacarkas, the Collector, is a harbinger (a daemonic demigod capable of granting divine magic to worshippers) who rules over the Slave City of Awaiting-Consumption, a grand market of souls in Abaddon.[1][2][3]
Appearance
Jacarkas' lower body is a tangle of twitching legs, and he wears a 'crown' of churning flames.[4]
