Glengarnie Chain is a small chain of 13 islands at the north and westernmost edge of the Shackles. Five of them are notable, the others are just barren rocks jutting out of the roiling sea. This chain of islands was named after Jhen Garlnius, the Chelish explorer who first charted them over 600 years ago.1
