Cecaelia Swirl

The Cecaelia Swirl is a waterfall on the island of Besmara's Throne in the Shackles named after a tribe of cecaelia who inhabits the roiling surf. The octopoid creatures are lead by Ogolomae, a priest of Besmara, who is guarded by a group of skilled rangers who attack anyone who is not a devout worshiper of the goddess. A sea cave below the falls contains the former belongings of impious intruders.
