Vaktai is one of the many mahajanapadas that dot the storied region of The Cradle in the Impossible Kingdoms of Vudra. Sat upon the coastline of the Embaral Ocean at the southern end of The Cradle, the city of Vaktai is unusual in that it is controlled by rakshasas.[1]
