Janvari is one of the mahajanapadas that sits within the depths of the Crying Jungle in Vudra. Janvari is located next to the holy Jansagar Lake, which is home to the goddess Janpati. This lake possesses a miraculous property that any animal that drinks from it is granted sentience. Janvari is made up almost entirely of these awakened animals and is even ruled over by Tendula, an awakened panther.[1]
