Gnaeus Gnaru is the dhampir son of the vampire Volsazni Dezarr. His father entrusted him with the magical rapier, Silverfang. He was last seen as a hired bodyguard for a Korvosan wizard who was planning an expedition to the Lady's Light.[1]
