Rector Shakrenistre is an evangelist velstrac inquisitor who oversees the tortures at the shrine and the House of Hooks in the Cathedral of Exquisite Agony in Pangolais.[1] An adroit torturer, Shakrenistre prefers unwilling victims, but her inherent predilection for sadomasochism enables her to enjoy inflicting pain on eager customers as well as on herself.[2]
