Salaphiel

Despite owning the highest tower—the Winding Tower of Salaphiel—on the whole fifth tier of Heaven, Salaphiel is a mortal, elven wizard.¹ Salaphiel achieved this accolade through a contract drawn up after he successfully aided the forces of Heaven.²
