Arathuziel

Arathuziel the Chained is a redeemed deimavigga, or apostate devil, who has yet to gain the trust of his fellow angels. He is easily identifiable by the thick iron chains that bind his wings and the constant flow of blood from his eyes. Arathuziel works tirelessly to overcome his former damned condition, and every time his words and actions show him to be a creature of goodness and law, another link in the chains that bind him falls off.¹
