Ragathiel's Fortress

Ragathiel's Fortress, sometimes referred to as the Fortress of Ragathiel, is a magnificent steel structure built to withstand a thousand-year siege if need be, which stands on the lower slopes of the plane of Heaven, next to the Prime Vallation. The fortress serves as the home to the General of Vengeance, Ragathiel, empyreal lord of chivalry, duty, and vengeance. Its defensive nature protects against any advances from the Abyss or the Maelstrom.¹²
