Qadlus Mavari

Qadlus Mavari is a Qadiran city located in the Northern Zho Mountains area, and is one of the easternmost settlements in all Qadira. Qadlus Mavari is a flourishing oasis town built around a shrine dedicated to Lugalisimaru, the so called "Palm Tree King" and does a healthy trade in selling offerings that can be left at other shrines to Lugalisimaru that are built at each of the oases that dot the desert beyond. Qadlus Mavariis also boasts a booming trade in water producing magic items.¹
