Local commander of the Hellknights in the city of Egorian in Cheliax, Ivo Elliendo is a driven, dour man who takes a personal interest in the goings on within the city. He has been credited with solving some of the most perplexing crimes in Egorian, and has little patience for outside interference. He regularly wields his authority over the local Dottari, forcing them away from criminal investigations that he has interest in.1
