Fharaas is a velstrac demagogue obsessed with finding universal truths within the patterns of flesh, particularly connections between murderers and victims.[1][2]

Appearance

Fharaas resembles a tall, lean human with exaggerated features. He wears an impossibly white blouse and wields a long, wide axe.[2]

Home

Alhesthellia, Fharaas' sanctuary, is a massive hospital whose patients' unique body parts are amputated, mutilated, and preserved by his cultists. It also consists of dreamscapes created from the thoughts of serial killers.[2]

Cults

Fharaas' followers read a mortal's destiny from the patterns within its preserved flesh. Some of them even teach that these patterns also reflect the life of one's killer, if a bond exists between the killer and victim. They are further divided into two groups: one seeks to preserve unique body parts, and the other spins conspiracy theories about the sanctity of slaughter.[2][3]
