Raetorgash, the Skull-Hoarder, is a velstrac demagogue who sees the drawn-out evolution towards perfection of other beings, but considers them unacceptably ephemeral and too prone to transmitting inferior traits to the future. Reading the past and the future, she searches for potentially perfect bloodlines, species, and worlds, keeps those destined for greatness, and ends the others.[1][2][3]

Home

Raetorgash's home is Targothieh, a charnel house whose centre is a bone tower and whose roots touch numerous worlds.[3]

Cult

Raetorgash's servants hunt for new or exceptional skulls in the worlds where Targothieh touches to present them to their patron, and sometimes establish cults to do so. These skulls are evaluated by Raetorgash and kept or destroyed depending on their potential for perfection.[3]
