Kirahata (pronounced kee-RAH-hah-tah) is a hedonistic city located in southeastern Chu Ye that is popular with tourists. Talented humans travel to Kirahata to purse stardom, though mistakes in the oni-ruled land can become deadly. Kirahata's governor is Tamami, an oni with the wealth to challenge Chu Ye's ruler Tsuneni but prefers the novelty of meeting her city's newcomers over the responsibilities of rulership.
