Nokkaichi is a large town located in the nation of Chu Ye. Like the rest of Chu Ye, Nokkaichi has been under the control of the ruling oni since shortly after the fall of Imperial Lung Wa in 4613 AR. Oni make up the ruling class while humans serve only as slaves.1
