Barterstones

Barterstones is an open-air market in the town of Trunau in Hold of Belkzen. Most of the general trading in the town is conducted at Barterstones market, held atop a number of low, broad slabs of flat rock outside the town just west of the town's main gate. In the beginning this market was used for trading with orcs and strangers that were not trusted, but over time the farmers and herders found it easier to meet here than to guide wagons and livestock through the town's steep and narrow streets.¹²
