Councilor Yamate Qiki (pronounced yah-mah-teh qi-Ki)1represents the Yamate clan on Kwanlai's Seven-Fold Council. Her clan represents the Kimu Mountains, and as a general she is responsible for guarding the nation's western borders, with a particular focus on incursions from Shenmen.2
