Pale strangers are rage-filled, vengeance-obsessed undead gunslingers.1

Appearance

A pale stranger appears much as it did in life, though desiccated and obviously undead. Rare pale strangers have the ability to hide their undead nature and appear as they did in life. A pale stranger carries a pistol in each hand, is clad in dusty, weathered garb, stands six and a half feet tall and weighs 130 pounds.1

Ecology

A pale stranger arises from the remains of a gunslinger who was slain either by a hated enemy or died seeking vengeance. The first act of an arisen pale stranger is to kill the enemy in question, afterwards it starts to hunt for victims to satisfy its unending rage.1

Society

Some pale strangers capable of disguising their undead nature often attract large groups of bandit followers, who might be aware or not that their idol is an undead creature.1
