On Golarion

Death worms can be found in Golarion's warmer climates, specifically in deserts, plains, or hills,[2] but have also been spotted on the desert planet of Akiton.[3] In Tian Xia death worms are known to dwell within the remotest reaches of Shaguang, places where even the hardy Mutabi-qi tribesmen rarely venture.[4]
