Tyvas-Devas' fortress

Tyvas-Devas' fortress is built at the center of the Tyvas-Devas inland town on the Devil's Arches island in the Shackles. The fortress has been built as the Arronax Endymion's redoubt should his Chelish enemies arrive. The town and the fortress are overseen by Endymion's fiercely loyal lieutenant, Iome Paemadar. The admiral's great wealth lies in the cellars below the Tyvas-Devas' fortress.1
