Ohmun Kotem is one of the proprietors (along with Shamihn Hep) of the Rising Phoenix, a dye market in the Mender's Row district of Wati. Ohmun and Shamihn are the only people who know how to make their distinctive reddish-purple dye from giant crayfish.1
