Library of Oaths
The Library of Oaths is one of the Academies of Lies in Stygia. A scriptorium so large it resembles a mountain, this unholy place houses legions of infernal scholars whose task it is to record every mortal oath of damning consequence. Any mortal whose oath is recorded here and breaks it, is condemned to Hell for as long as the record remains in the library vault.123
