Bog striders, or Ses'h as they call themselves in Thalassic, are insect-like humanoid creatures known for their ability to walk on water.

Bog striders are found only in the swamps and wetlands of the River Kingdoms.

Despite being carnivores, bog striders tend to pose no threat to humanoids and sustain themselves on animal meat, as it is taboo to them to eat the flesh of sapient creatures.
