Tulaupan

Tulaupan is one of the three cities in Xopatl that are together known as the Follower's Rests (along with Orjotoro and Ziplatna). Tulaupan is vital to Xopatl for trade with it's neighbouring nation of Innazpa. The city is home to innovative smiths and inventors who build clockwork engines that allow boats to travel against the current up the Follower's River. These smiths have recently begun working on a new type of clockwork engine that would propel carts across the huge distances covered by Xopatl's roads.¹
