Talk:Umbral Court

From PathfinderWiki

Inappropriate category [CONCLUDED]

Seeing how the Umbral Court is described as an aristocracy consisting of hundreds of members, I think that it is inappropriate to put this article in Category:Heads of state. A country can't have hundreds of leaders at the same time (and by proxy, the category could also be removed from the articles of individual members except the Black Triune as well). - HTD (talk) 11:31, 9 June 2019 (UTC)

It's a judgment call, but I agree. If there were no Black Triune, and the nation were ruled equally by a governing body, then I could see that body being listed as the Head of State while individual members wouldn't be. In this case, the Black Triune clearly rules over the Umbral Court and should therefor get the designation.—Paizo Publishing, LLC.png Yoda8myhead (talk) 01:18, 18 June 2019 (UTC)
This is a key phrase in Nidal, Land of Shadows 6
Beneath the Black Triune in the nation’s hierarchy is the Umbral Court, Nidal’s shadow-blessed aristocracy. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of court members at any

time, with a significantly higher number of Umbral Court agents serving beneath them.

I have changed the ruler of Nidal in its infobox to Black Triune and I'll tidy up Umbral Court now based on this agreement. HTD, could you do the individual Umbral courtiers, please, leaving any Black Triune individuals with Cat:Heads of State? --Fleanetha (talk) 09:25, 13 July 2019 (UTC)
That had already been done. The only Umbral Court members that are still in Category:Heads of state are the Black Triune. - HTD (talk) 10:59, 13 July 2019 (UTC)
