Rouriss Barthel
Rouriss Barthel serves as the prop master of Eagle's Head, an amphitheatre in Taldor that turns into a full-blown settlement during the summer season. Unbeknownst to his coworkers, Rouriss is secretly a member of one of the Inner Sea region's largest thieves' guilds, the Brotherhood of Silence. Eagle's Head is a hotbed of subversive and downright criminal activity, its ever-changing crowds the perfect cover for any nefarious activity. As such, it is an ideal place for Brotherhood of Silence members looking to lie low after committing a serious crime in the nearby city of Oppara. Rouriss keeps track of all the members of the Brotherhood of Silence and their comings and goings within Eagle's Head, making him the de facto gang leader within the settlement.1
