Icicle wands look to be foot-long icicles, but are icy wands that neither melt nor break more easily than any other wand. The wand can be used as a dagger or to turn local terrain icy. White Witches frequently use these wands and have traveled with them as far south as Cheliax, Taldor, and Andoran.1
