Her Most Transcendent Royal Majesty, Queen Yeon Eun-sook1 was the ruler of the Tian Xia nation of Hwanggot, known as the Kingdom of Flowers, until her death in the early 73rd century of the Imperial Calendar (48th century Absalom Reckoning). She ruled Hwanggot as its queen for 60 years,2 and during her reign she helped the nation recover from the economic devastation of both the rule of Imperial Lung Wa and its subsequent collapse.3

A member of Nuri Family, Queen Yeon Eun-sook was in the process of transferring power to her eldest daughter Princess Hyeon Geon-ji in 4711 AR, but there were concerns raised about the princess's suitability. Unlike her mother, the princess seemed both restless and aggressive, and adopted a distinctly undiplomatic and hostile stance toward the neighbouring kingdom of Bachuan.3 Nonetheless, Hyeon Geon-ji was crowned queen after Yeon Eun-sook's death.2
