Eternal Emperor (statue)

From PathfinderWiki

The Eternal Emperor is the name of a colossal statue being built outside the walls of the Po Lian capital Changdo. The statue is dedicated to the state religion of the Eternal Emperor and has been continuously under construction for over three centuries now. Each generation raises the statue a little higher and it now towers over ten stories above the already-tall city walls. Recently, a belief has begun to spread across Po Li that the newly reincarnated Eternal Emperor will only rise to claim the Five Dragon Throne when the face of the statue has been completed. Some amongst the Oracular Council, however, fear that the dangerous height of the Eternal Emperor might result in it collapsing and crushing vast swathes of Changdo.1
