Common Quarter
The Common Quarter, variously known as the Commoners District1 or the Commoners' Quarter,2 is one of the many districts that make up the Outer Ward of the ifrit capital Medina Mudii'a. The Common Quarter is home to the residents of Medina Mudii'a who are neither ifrit or elementals, and is slightly more hospitable to outsiders than many other districts, though the sheer heat still makes it very uncomfortable for most people from the Universe.3
To those who dwell elsewhere in the Universe, the residents of the Common Quarter would seem fabulously wealthy, but compared with the rest of Medina Mudii'a the district is relatively lower class. The Common Quarter is home to the temple known as the Eye of the Red Worm, the Lair of the Red Typhoon, and Harun's Library.3
