Cathedral of Reflective Souls

From PathfinderWiki

Deep under the surface of Cocytus, devils descend through mile-long stairwells carved through the ice and meet in devotion and great depravity within the Cathedral of Reflective Souls: a cavernous cathedral, sculpted from the ice. One of many such places of worship on this layer of Hell, souls of the damned, imprisoned in ice, surround this unholy sanctuary on all sides. Dim candlelight reflects back from millions of open eyes, and among these eyes, barely visible through a transparent wall of ice, an immense creature stares back, rarely blinking, a primordial being who once challenged the hierarchy of Hell.1
