Bingwen is a necromancer of Tian Xia who is known by many titles including: "Bingwen of the White Branch School", "Summoner of the Undead", and "Foul-Eye Bingwen". The oni of the Salt Desert name him "Master of Agonies". In the past he was a court conjurer, but to which court is unknown.1
