Rahk Lo (pronounced rahk loh) is a reclusive nation of hobgoblins in the Nar-Voth layer of the Darklands of Tian Xia. Rahk Lo had long been the subject of rumors as its people had made no contact with the surface for more than a century, but returned to public attention when it was unintentionally discovered by General Azaersi of the Avistani hobgoblin nation of Oprak.
