Silver Tree

From PathfinderWiki
(Redirected from Mithral Roots)

The Silver Tree1 is the series of dawnsilver-filled caverns that stretches deep beneath the elven kingdom of Jinin.234

The elven oracle Jininsiel led her Avistani elven followers through the Darklands while seeking safety after Earthfall. She had visions of a tree of silver that would lead her people to safety, and their journey seeking this haven took centuries. They succeeded when they found the silvery veins of dawnsilver that resembled the roots of a tree and emerged onto the surface of Tian Xia in -2343 IC, where they formed the nation of Jinin.234

The lodes of dawnsilver within the Silver Tree are so vast that they are still being mined thousands of years later, as the elves extract only what they need to remain prosperous.235
