This spell of the school of evocation has both divine and arcane versions. The divine spell is granted only to worshipers of Droskar, Groetus, or Zon-Kuthon. Both interpretations of the spell create a limited area of intense darkness that even darkvision cannot penetrate. The caster of Blacklight can always see through the area of effect of the spell, however.^[1]
