Empyreal lord

Paizo redesigned Heaven in Heaven Unleashed modifying Salaphiel significantly. Prior to the redesign, Salaphiel was portrayed, in The Great Beyond, A Guide to the Multiverse, to be the empyreal lord ruling the seventh tier of Heaven, which was called Salaphiel after him.
