Connecting planes

The Inner Sea World Guide stated that the Netherworld connected the Ethereal Plane and Material Plane. The revised cosmology in GM Core and Player Core instead state that the Netherworld connects the Universe (formerly the Material Plane) and the Void (formerly the Negative Energy Plane).
