Jominda Fallenbridge, an apothecary by trade, owns the well-stocked Jominda's Apothecary in the town of Ravengro, in the Canterwall county of the nation of Ustalav; the shop sells herbal and alchemical goods.
Sheriff Benjan Caeller is infatuated with Jominda but has told no one, least of all Jominda, but he 'patrols' near her shop rather too often. This activity causes local rumours about Jominda selling illegal substances.[1] Jominda was a good friend of the late Professor Petros Lorrimor.[2]
