Ifestus is a titan that rests in stasis under Mount Keeba, on the volcanic isle of the Smoker in the Shackles. As he rests, he telepathically communicates with Keeba's Eyes, answering their questions as they seek to sate him, keeping him from emerging and causing the volcano to erupt, without being aware that they are divining with their own abilities.
