Dancing Darla Madile is one of the three pirate captains that run Firegrass Isle in the Shackles. She captains the sloop Besmara Winks and is known across the Shackles for her rare wit, skill with a falchion, and her lively manner. Darla is also quite devout and two priests of Besmara serve in her crew: Hesla Fornathi, and the gnome Green Jacobo. The boatswain of Besmara Winks is the pessimist dwarf Foul Margot.
