As of 4713 AR, Duchess Weneschia Elvanna was the Jadwiga ruler of the Irriseni province of Bleakmarch. She dwells with her consort, the Count Pavel Elvanna, in her castle called the Tiered Keep in the regional capital of Algidheart.1 Due to her title and position, it is believed that she is a daughter of Queen Elvanna and was expected to hold her title until Baba Yaga's return in 4713 AR to replace Elvanna.2
