Captain Vandrex Randulescu is the right-hand man of Suleima Nezeriael, leader of a Whispering Way cell active in Nidal known as the Keepers of Silence. Vandrex remains steadfast and loyal to Suleima, who ensures his loyalty by proclaiming that if he were to dedicate himself to the Way, he would eventually inherit a legacy of greatness; it is unknown if this is truth or lies.1
