Urgashaz is a city that moves across the Citrinide cavern on the Plane of Earth by some unknown mechanism. Its inhabitants, a dwarven clan, maintain their numbers at exactly 7,425 by ritually killing old or sickly people while kidnapping nearby cities' residents to replenish those killed in battle. These dwarves, despite their static number, vow to control Citrinide completely.
