The Tyrannous was once a frigate in the navy of Cheliax, but now serves as the flagship of the Devils' Own, a squadron of the Shackles Pirates. It is captained by Arronax Endymion, a former Chelish Navy admiral, and crewed by Chelaxian mutineers.1 Its home port is Hell Harbor.2
