The Tyrannous was once a frigate in the navy of Cheliax, but now serves as the flagship of the Devils' Own, a squadron of the Shackles Pirates.
It is captained by Arronax Endymion, ex-admiral of the Chelish Νavy, and crewed by Chelaxian mutineers.[1]
Its home port is Hell Harbor.[2]
