Tolc is an angel empyreal lord, master of the cold north and its inhabitants, who struggle daily with survival.[1]

Home

Tolc's home lies in the highest mountains of Elysium, but he is said to frequently take the form of a wanderer on the Material Plane, where he visits his followers' temple-longhouses, pretending to be in need of respite, and rewards with gold those who provide him hospitality.[1]

Appearance

Tolc resembles a seven-foot-tall, stout, muscular, brown-skinned man with a perpetual rosy flush. He always displays a stern expression on his scarred, broad face, but sometimes covertly shows his kindness. Two icy tusks curve from his back.[1]

Relationships

Tolc is a sworn enemy of Kostchtchie.[1]

Cults

Tolc is worshipped by peoples of the frozen north, who credit him with teaching them how to build igloos. His champions train in combat with white dragons and frost giants, and those that attract his attention are rewarded with strength and knowledge to defend their kinsmen.[1]

On Golarion

Tolc is one of the candidates, along with Hshurha and Kostchtchie, for being the mysterious protector of the saumen kar people.[2]
