Tesha Umbertine is the dockmaster of the city of Bloodcove in the Mwangi Expanse. Tesha, unlike many of her race, loves ships and is fascinated by sea travel. She has a great knowledge of different vessels and can recite tha name and the dock number of every boat to ever enter Bloodcove during her time as dockmaster. She reports her activities and those of all ships to the Aspis Consortium and sees no reason to cross them. She knows that any perceived betrayal on her part could cost her life and she is very hard to bribe. Tesha is one of the wealthiest residents in the city and the Umbertine family operates a reputable armory in addition to working on the docks.
